Visible Delivers Enterprise Repository Support with Visible Analyst |
Visible partners with Softlab to provide enterprise repository benefits to analysts.
Waltham, MA (September 10, 1999) - Visible Systems Corporations, one of the world's leading suppliers of modeling tools for Systems Analysts and Designers announced the integration of it's Visible Analyst product with Softlab's ENABLER Enterprise Repository.
With Visible's newest release of Visible Analyst 7.2, teams of analysts and developers can simultaneously share and manage design objects for data models, database designs, process models and component object models. Visible Analyst with Softlab's ENABLER provides the advantages of a true object repository, with configuration management and version control, all tightly integrated into the development environment.
With this release, Visible Analyst is now poised to take advantage of the advanced configuration management and version control capabilities of the ENABLER Repository. "Many of our customers want to be able to use the sophisticated versioning that ENABLER provides. Customers can now integrate versions of all modeling objects (entities, entity attributes, chart in which the entity is included, Process, etc.) across multiple projects in the Enterprise," said Mike Paul, VP of Product Development at Visible.
