VISIBLE ESTABLISHES DEDICATED SALES OFFICE IN UNITED KINGDOM

London-based Visible Systems UK, Ltd., will provide full-time local sales of data/object modeling, code generation, and SCM to companies in the UK and Ireland

WALTHAM, MA -- March 18, 2002 -- Visible Systems Corporation (http://www.visiblesystemscorp.com) expanded its direct product sales to a prime European market by establishing Visible Systems UK, Ltd. Headed by industry veteran Peter Lindsey, the London-based office provides a full-time sales and marketing presence for Visible products in the UK and Ireland.

Visible Systems UK, Ltd., will market three major product lines: (1) Visible Analyst, a repository-based modeling tool for data, UML, and process modeling; (2) Visible Developer, a model-based code generation tool; and (3) Razor, Visible's robust software configuration management and issue-tracking system.

"We've taken the strategic first step in building a 100 percent dedicated sales organization abroad," said John Vosburgh, vice president and general manager of the Modeling Tools Division. "The United Kingdom and Ireland represent the largest market for software development-oriented products outside the United States, and we're positioned to take advantage of opportunities there by providing a local sales force that can respond during UK business hours."
