the use of Agile techniques, more specifically that of SCRUM, in order to better allocate resources
at the point of demand.
This Segment demonstrates the implementation of Agile Development using the Scrum process that is
a focus set of time-boxed activities designed to deliver incremental functionality. The principles
of the Scrum process shall be discussed and then reviewed in terms of the following areas:
Overview of the Framework and Components of SCRUM
Review of Product and SPRINT Backlogs
Demonstration of an Agile Application for an On-line Store
Use of Burn Down Charts
